Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be based in Bangkok, Thailand. This will be a full-time position, and the right candidate will receive a combination of fixed remuneration and
sales commission.
We expect the right candidate to secure new clients for our company initially in Thailand but over time also in Vietnam and Malaysia. The territorial focus area will be discussed and agreed upon with the right
candidate.
We expect the right candidate to have a solid network in retail in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic
Develop a strategic plan covering the “Retail Stores and Shopping Malls” together with our
country manager and two shareholders.
Prospecting
Develop a prospect list covering the “Retail Stores and Shopping Malls” together with our
country manager, business developer and social marketing for Southeast Asia.
Sales meetings
Secure sales meetings using existing contacts, cold calls and social media tools such as LinkedIn,
Sales Navigator, Line, Facebook and so on.
Presentations
Develop effective sales presentations both in Thai and English covering “Retail Stores and
Shopping Malls.”
Partnerships
Maintain and develop existing and new partnerships in Europe, Thailand and
Southeast Asia.
Client Acquisition
Onboard new clients, ensure high-quality service, and build long-term relationships.
Business Growth
The company has an aggressive growth target of a CAGR 67.4% for the period 2026 until 2028.
The right candidate will be instrumental for the company to achieve this objective.
Team Collaboration
The position will require an excellent team player for the company to achieve its ambitious growth objectives.
Reporting
Functionally this position will report to the country manager and operationally this position will
report both to the country manager and the managing partner.
Agreements
The position will also requires drafting of various agreements both sales and partnerships.
What We’re Looking For

The candidate should have at least 10 years’ work experience from the retail sector in Thailand

The candidate should have an excellent network into the retail sector in Thailand.

Excellent network skills.

Good understanding of how IMAS-Analytics.AI will support our clients reduce operational cost and increase their top line.

Have some technical knowledge to gain good understanding of IMAS-Analytics.AI business solution.

Good command over written and oral both in Thai and English

Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
